What kind of curriculum do you follow?
We follow a typical preschool curriculum designed to prepare children for kindergarten in a fun and engaging way. Our approach is relaxed and play-based, with a strong emphasis on social-emotional learning and mindfulness to help children build confidence, empathy, and self-awareness. We introduce foundational skills such as phonics, counting, early math concepts, pre-writing, and fine motor development through hands-on activities and creative play. To ensure children are meeting their developmental milestones, we conduct play-based assessments three times a year, allowing us to support each child's growth at their own pace.
Do you accept children who are still potty training?
Yes! We meet children where they are in their potty training journey. We accept children in diapers who are learning to use the toilet and provide gentle support as they progress.
Is food included in tuition?
At this time, food is not included. We ask that families pack meals and snacks for their children. Nuts and other allergens are allowed, but we ask that families focus on whole foods and proteins while avoiding high-sugar items.
What is your nap policy?
We accept both napping and non-napping children. Nap time is at 1:00 PM for those who need rest, while quiet activities are provided for children who do not nap.
How do you handle parent communication?
We use Wonderschool to keep parents informed with daily updates and photos, providing a glimpse into your child’s activities and learning experiences. Through the app, we share important announcements, nap times, and fun moments from the day. We also encourage open communication and are always available to discuss your child's progress, needs, or any questions you may have.
How do you handle transportation for field trips?
We have vehicles available for transporting children between our home daycare and field trip locations. We ensure safety with properly installed car seats for all children. Parents do not need to provide car seats.
